Kody Kody Kody

So I have learned in having two children that they are NOTHING alike and I love it. But thank goodness they are not both like Kody. He is something else..in a good way. Well we have the fridge..and of course if you have kids..it's the kids refrigerator. We have coloring papers..a,b,c magnets..and everythig else they bring home that needs to go on there....well every evening magnets usually end up all over the floor. We have a magnet mouse...and his name is Kody. So Kody cleans the fridge front every evening. He takes all magnets in his reach and either shoves them under the fridge or on the sides of it where I have to then get the fly swatter and fish them out...I took a picture of his finished product last night. I don't know what I'm going to do with him...he also shoves anything in any hole he can find. His booster seat has a hole where the little tray used to go (being he's kinda got a belly the tray won't fit anymore) he shoves any food he doesn't want in that hole. So when he's done eating we have to remove the booster seat and we find a little ant mound of food that Mr. Kody felt he didn't need. I don't know what were going to do with the boy...he is too cute

Here is a copy of my new Business cards...of course it will say "Sock Monkey Farm" and have all my info on it. I can't wait to get them in.

Kid's Responses

Usually every evening, when i think about it, I ask Justin,"What did you learn about in school today?", and his answer is always God. So yesterday I asked him what did you learn about in school today and his answer today was Jesus....I was so excited I didn't know what to say..then I asked him did you learn that Jesus died on the cross...he said YES....and I said did you learn that Jesus died on the cross for our sins .....and he paused and kinda went mmmmmm....so maybe he hasn't gotten that far yet. But he started hitting his fists together..and I coudln't understand what he was saying or doing..so I asked his teacher and she said they are learning a song...and it goes "Jesus is my rock, and he rolls away my sins..and they do the fists hitting for the rock part....so now I understand he was showing me the motions of the song. It is so amazing what children learn at this age and understand. He is a sponge to everything he hears and see's right now..I love this age.

Sock Monkeys

If you don't know about my new Love you, you haven't talked to me in awhile. I have found a hobby that I can make money at and it does not cause clutter because I sell what I make:) They are cute lil sock monkeys....hence the name "Sock Monkey" they are made out of a pair of socks. I love making them and love looking for all the different socks to make them with. People usually tell me who they are for and what that person likes and we go from there. I am about to start my soon to be favorite Sock Monkey...an LSU one..I'm so excited. When you squeeze it, it will lay the LSU Fight song...and if you are an SU fan you will understand what I mean it will have a Tiger tail...AWESOME. I'm so excited to start working on it. Hopefully soon. Here are a couple of my latest monkeys..

Starting a Blog

Honestly, a little over a year ago I had no idea what a Blog was. Then I found out..and who would have even known I would be writing one...if anyone reads it that is great..if not that is great too. I would love to keep updated pictures of the boys on here for family and friends that don't get to see them as much...and hopefully a few videos here and there..ENJOY!!!
